Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

    This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the process of cancelling orders and requesting refunds for products and services purchased from Hawiot Private Limited, a home automation company headquartered in Hyderabad.

  2. Order Cancellation

    2.1. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation fee.

    2.2. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be charged.

    2.3. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

  3. Returns and Refunds

    3.1. Products returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, provided they are in unused, original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

    3.2. Products returned between 8 to 30 days after delivery will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the product value.

    3.3. Refunds will not be issued for products returned after 30 days of delivery.

    3.4. Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective.

  4. Defective or Damaged Products

    4.1. In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product, customers must contact Hawiot Private Limited within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    4.2. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all its accessories and documentation.

  5. Refund Process

    5.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned product.

    5.2. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified by the customer.

  6. Modification of Policy

    6.1. Hawiot Private Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the company’s website.
